“L’Auberge in Morocco is the perfect place to relax after a tiring surf session or to start your day right with a power breakfast. At night, people meet here, play (card) games and have long conversations under the stars.”

This cozy Moroccan cafe at the harbor of Taghazout is very popular amongst Westerners. It’s a great place for a fruit smoothie, a snack or the famous Moroccan tajines. From the terrace you can see the fishermen selling their catch of the day.

L’Auberge is always a buzzing place, to meet friends or make new ones. Most of the conversations will be surf-related and a sunburn is the new trend. The food is truly tasty and amazing, and really cheap. You can also stay in the hotel upstairs. L’Auberge was by far my favourite place to go in Taghazout!
