In the beautiful little village of Sidemen we sleep at the Arta Nadi Villa. It’s such a perfect, typical Balinese sleeping spot – lovely spacious and open rooms (including cute lizards) with an outdoor shower, an infinity pool overlooking the rice fields, a simple restaurant with delicious home made Indonesian food – and everything is cheap! Very good value for money. Our room offers an outdoor terrace with a seating area, overlooking the surrounding greenery.
They were building when I was there, they are creating a new restaurant and a yoga school with roof terrace in the midst of the rice fields. It’s such a calm place, completely on the edge of Sidemen. From Arta Nadi Villa you are able to make some beautiful walks through the area! The property is a 45-minute drive from Ubud and offers free Wi-Fi.
