“I was fairly surprised by the vegan dishes on the menu. Not something I was used to when traveling in Spain. I even had several choices on the menu! So I could say this restaurant is pure luxury for me as a vegan, but truly, anyone should be able to try the riches from their menu card.”

Ana Eva is a vegetarian and vegan restaurant in Valencia with its own creative, healthy and imaginative food creations. Any #foodporn fanatic would fall in love with this place.

They prepare their dishes with fresh products from the market, season products from their own biological garden, baked in the oven or steamed.

Inside, when you’re on time (or just make sure you have a reservation and ask) you can eat in a beautiful patio landscaped with a bunch of plants to embrace their delicious plant based food. The place fills up pretty quick, don’t miss it!
