This campsite is definitely one of the most magical places for camping in The Netherlands. Make sure to book one of the dune spots where you’ll get the feeling that you’re all alone in the middle of nature.
The campsite is large with more than 900 spots to camp but the beautiful thing is that you don’t notice the fact that there are so many places. You have a lot of privacy and it’s really quiet. In just five minutes from your tent you’ll find the beach and a few lovely beach bars. You can’t visit Texel without a nice beer tasting of the local beer called Skuumkoppe. Enjoy a tasting at beach bar Paal 17 with some great local cheese as well <3
