“Flowers and coffee… Cakes and cacti! Homecoming in Brooklyn, New York, makes me very happy.”

Homecoming is the brainchild of Vanessa Chinga-Haven and Paul Diaz and it’s more than a cafe. It is also a florist with beautiful bohemian accents, enhancing the exposed-brick wall and sunlit interior.

Homecoming serves different hot and cold coffee brews. They also have chai lattes, hot chocolate, tea and almond soy milk. The pastry menu features doughnuts by Dough, muffins, croissants, and cookies.

The cafe is small, but charming, and it’s a great spot to pick up a bouquet, a cup of coffee or a decorative plant. I love the area too, Franklin Street is awesome!
