“I listen to seagulls and sounds of the ocean, see the fisherman leave in the morning while I sit down enjoying one of the best homemade granola’s with fresh fruit”.

Frankie and Lola’s Front Street Cafe is a great place to start the day. In Morro Bay you can find this fresh food, great quality café. I had the famous homemade granola with yoghurt and fresh fruits – a great way to start the day!

Frankie and Lola make a really nice vega(n) breakfast or lunch and are such friendly and nice people. The café is just across the street from a wonderful viewing point. You can see the sun come up or go down into the sea (I don’t remember). The only warning I can give you; they serve large portions (although for American standards it is small, for European standards it is a BIG breakfast). It might not be completely bohemian, but for American standards this is a place with great taste and an almost Australian laid-back feel. Perfect to recharge and head back to nature.
