“Dayu is the Balinese with the biggest smile and the best cooking skills! Her treats are simply incomparable and both delicious and super healthy. I tried every dish on the menu and ate here many times, I advise you to do the same!”

Dayu’s Warung is everything but a standard Balinese ‘warung’ (eatery). Due to disease, Dayu had to learn about nutrition and healthy food and eventually traveled all over the world to work with the Raw Food Chef and many others. This warung in Ubud is the result of her health journey and her way to share her food and knowledge with others. Here she serves lovely dishes treats that aren’t only good for your soul, but also for your body. She also hosts cooking classes on request.

Prices are super budget, and among all dishes are healthy juices with turmeric, ginger and coconut for example, amazing (fruit)salads, healthy variations of traditional Balinese dishes, chocolate cake made from pumpkin, chia cookies, spring rolls, quinoa pilaf, sweet potato fries, and the list goes on. Even though Dayu’s warung is popular, making a reservation is not necessary. If full, you can always check Fussy Bird, also owned by Dayu and just around the corner!
