Ban Sabai Village is a lovely small boutique resort and spa situated in a calm area of Chiang Mai in Thailand. It’s about five kilometer outside of Chiang Mai Old Town, which is easily reached by tuk-tuk.
The village hotel is set in a beautiful tropical garden filled with flowering trees, jungle greens, a large swimming pool and lotus pond. Comfortable traditional wooden Lanna villas are set up in the garden around the water. The traditional Thai villas have floor to ceiling windows, when you lie in your large double bed it’s almost like you’re in the jungle.
Enjoy a lovely breakfast in the colonial style pavilion while you look out on the property. After a day of visiting the busy center of town you can pamper yourself in the garden spa pavilion. Want to stretch your mussels? Practice your yoga, very zen-like, on the yoga platform in the middle of the lotus pond!
