“As soon as I open the back of the van I can hear the waves crashing against the rocks. Coledale Camping Reserve is one hell of a campsite in Australia!”

A one hour drive South from Sydney and you are ready to park your van or put up your tent right on the beach. It’s deal for a small weekend break when you need to escape the hustle and bustle from the big city.

Coledale Camping Reserve is a small but awesome camp spot. There are not a lot of places where it is allowed in Australia to camp on the beach, so camping here still feels special. You can walk close to the place where the water hits the rocks which gives you a spectacular show. I could watch it over and over again. Also surf-lovers are hanging around to catch waves multiple times a day. With lovely owners and situated in a small, cosy village, Coledale Camping Reserve is highly recommended!
