During daytime Karakter offers a unique beach experience with comfortable lounge chairs, cushions, a lot of shade and the best food & drinks there are, and during nighttime Karakter transforms into a cozy sea front restaurant where you can enjoy great dishes for the whole family in a unique atmosphere. Their lunch and dinner menu (including tapas!) is different than that standard burger you’ll normally find at regular beach bars in Curaçao. The menu includes healthy options and contains tasty meats and fishes served with a great combination of ingredients. Indulge and make your beach day a little bit more culinary, we are positive you won’t regret it!
We were lucky enough to stay at Oasis Coral Estate, situated next to Karakter. We had breakfast here every morning, and kept coming back for dinner too. It’s such a lovely place with its private beach, string lights and sunsets!
