“Spend a day in paradise on this deserted island near Curaçao.”

About 8 miles (10km) off the southeast coast of Curaçao you will find a small paradise. It’s a small uninhabited island called ‘Klein Curaçao’. It’s the perfect place for snorkeling, scuba-diving or enjoying the sun.

There are a few different options to get to the island, but the large catamaran sailboats are the most awesome. It takes about two hours to get there (one way) so be sure to take motion sickness medication if you are prone to seasickness. If you prefer an easier ride you can take a large passenger ferry or even choose a private boat.

The beautiful white-sand beaches, the pristine coral reefs with its marine life and the perfectly blue waters are the main reason for visiting Klein Curaçao. If you’re tired of snorkeling, you can enjoy a walk on the island and check out the old (stil functioning) light house or the big steel shipwreck.
