“I’m feeling at home in Mexico at this healthy paradise, Restaurare is definitely my favorite vegan hotspot in Tulum!”

Restaurare offers a vegan cuisine inspired by permaculture and Roberto’s grandmothers traditional Mexican recipes. Every dish is made with love in the middle of Tulum’s jungle just a few steps from the beach.

Roberto supports with his restaurant farmers by buying only local fresh products. Roberto is from Mexico city but during meditation he had a vision that he had to move to Tulum and has never regretted his decision since.

Restaurare is wonderfully decorated and has artistically made up dishes, which make the place an Instagram heaven J. In the Mexican culture the kitchen is the heart of the home and that’s what you feel and taste by eating here. Definitely try the mushroom ceviche, the taco’s and a red wine coconut cocktail!
