A cozy stay located in the heart of Bruges. CSAR is a contemporary Guesthouse with original historical accents, connecting two little Brugean houses perfect for 6 people and 1 baby. When I walk upstairs I see an painting from an young man. He’s name is César Velghe, Liens great-grandfather. As you might have noticed CSAR is named after him!
