I had the Shiitake Quinoa Burger with coleslaw, beansprouts, corn salad, chick peas, vegan cream cheese and salted peanut sauce. It was amazing. The owners have made such a creative combination of vegan ingredients. How great that there is such thing as healthy fastfood. Their burgers gave me great ideas to take home.
