24H Amsterdam is an opportunity to enjoy the very best of all that Amsterdam is and has to offer. Be it in the north, south, east or west of this city, there are big and small heroes going about their lives, upholding historic traditions, blazing a trail with new ideas, educating, entertaining and brightening up the lives of the everyday Amsterdammers around them. I spent 24h in the area Zuidoost and it opened up my eyes, what a cool part of Amsterdam!
The 2018 edition of 24H Zuidoost took place on 15 September 2018, showing off Amsterdam Zuidoost’s diversity with a wealth of workshops, guided tours, performances, food and drink, music and parties.
24H Amsterdam is about exploring all corners of the city, with each edition dedicated to a different part of town. It doesn’t matter if you are a true Amsterdammer, new to the city or a tourist passing through, 24H is a fantastic opportunity to discover all that the city’s neighbourhoods have to offer in a blistering 24-hour period, as theatres, museums, shops, hotels and clubs open their doors and throw up some special surprises.
