The Pool is a restaurant and bar in The Student Hotel in Eindhoven. It has 6 locations spread through the Netherlands. During our stay at The Student Hotel in Eindhoven we had the opportunity to enjoy a dinner at The Pool, but this restaurant is not for hotel guests only: it’s open to you and everyone you know!
The Pool has an unique sharing-concept which makes dining much more fun. Inspired by the communal dining traditions of food-loving communities along the Mediterranean they put together a fantastic menu with lots of different small dishes to choose from. I’m still dreaming of the homemade hummus I ate. If you’re not into sharing you can also order one of their lager dishes.
Next to food, The Pool is a good place for drinks. When leaving the restaurant, I saw one of their cocktails being served and I immediately regretted not ordering one. Damn they looked goooood! The more reason I have to go back to this place though.
The Pool is located in the centre of Eindhoven, right next to the train station. The interior of the restaurant is fantastic and a Pinterest and Instagram heaven. It is very colourful and well, pool-themed. So, have I convinced you to dive in?
