Island Vibe

When I lived in South Africa, we would always go to Jeffrey’s Bay for the weekend. Jeffrey’s Bay is a small surfing town at the beautiful Garden Route, known for the laid-back vibe and amazing waves. We always stayed at Island Vibe, the best hostel in town. The vibe here is amazing! I went back this year and nothing has changed.
Situated on a sand dune overlooking the Indian Ocean, Island Vibe Jeffreys Bay features a bar and restaurant as well as a communal, self-catering kitchen. There are also BBQ facilities available. It’s always fun in the bar, cocktails, shared meals and smiling surfer dudes and girls everywhere.
There are dorm rooms, basic rooms and two luxury rooms with bath at this backpackers. You have direct access to the beach and can enjoy a stroll along the beach or enjoy a day with your board. You can take surfing lessons too!
